Today’s society places great emphasis on outer appearance. However, physical beauty is of much less importance than the quality of what is inside. God wants us to have beautiful hearts, whereas the nature of man is influenced heavily by what we see with our eyes.

Beauty can be pleasant to see, but may hide a heart of vanity, pride or jealousy. It is the person whose attitude and wisdom is attractive that we come to honor and respect.
