Please enter your registration information, and you will receive a cancelation notice from WebConnex.com within the next working day. If you have any further questions, please contact feast_support@ucg.org.

Please provide the same email you used to register.

Confirmation ID (Optional)

Optional: Please provide your "Confirmation ID" that is in your Feast site confirmation email. It is fine if you can't find this number. We can still find your registration without it.

Feast Site (Canceling) *

IF YOU CAN'T FIND YOUR FEAST SITE IN THIS LIST, YOU MUST CONTACT THE FEAST SITE COORDINATOR DIRECTLY. Please select which Feast site location you are NOT attending. This is to insure we don't cancel the wrong registration if you have already signed up or another location. If you have signed up for multiple locations, PLEASE provide the Feast location you will be attending in the NOTES Textbox.

Full Or Partial Cancelation? *

Full: Please Cancel all the Registrations to everyone in the group.

Partial: Please Cancel only the list of people I provide.

Single: Please Cancel only myself, and do not cancel anyone else in my group.
