Steamboat Springs Activity Sign-up & Payment Instructions

You should have previously received emails listing the activities at Steamboat Springs.  Or you can find them at https://www.ucg.org/members/feast/sites/2019/steamboat-springs-colorado/posts

Your participation is encouraged.  We realize the prices may seem high, but in every case we are not charging full price, but depend on those that contribute to the Family Helping Family fund.  So pay what you can and join us.

Deadline to register for activities:  September 20

Registration / Sign-up

If you plan to attend any of these functions, there are two ways to register and pay.

1. Reply back to this email and fill out the Sign-up & Payment Form.  Payment can be either paypal or mail a check.  See instructions below

OR

2. Print off the Sign-up & Payment Form, fill it out and mail it in with your payment (address below).

Instructions for Payment

1. If you are going to pay by check or money order, fill out the payment form and include a check.  Mail check made out to the United Church of God to:

2. If you are going to pay online then go to paypalbusiness@ucg.org   and put a note in the comments that it is for Steamboat Springs.  By using your credit card there is an additional $8 fee.
