News has just come in from the feast venue, the Watermark Beach Resort. In compliance with a BC government restriction to ensure we can accommodate social distancing, they have set a capacity limit of 89 people within the conference room only. Please note this does not apply to the number of people who can stay at the resort itself. 

We currently have 170 people registered. So we have now set this as our new site limit to ensure we can comfortably facilitate a two-group rotation for services throughout the feast. This essentially means everyone will attend half of the services in person and the other half by Zoom in their room. 

Some activities will likely be impacted as well. We will be sending out surveys to gauge people’s interest in participating.

We understand this may not be a desirable situation for some. If you determine this circumstance no longer makes attending this site favorable, please be sure to update your registration as soon as possible. 

We are looking at our options and we will keep you posted of any new developments.
