Activities and Registration
Hello Everybody:
Hope everybody is doing well as we approach the Feast of Tabernacles. Here are a number of updates for you and be sure to register for any activity you plan to attend.
- I will be coordinating St. George and David Jones will be the Feast Coordinator for Steamboat Springs so most of any further communications will come from him.

- The Steamboat Grand Hotel has posted their current recommendation on masks at: https://steamboatgrand.com/protocols/
- You will be receiving a separate email asking whether you prefer to sit in a mask required section.

We realize the prices may seem high, but in every case we are not charging full price, but depend on those that contribute to the Family Helping Family fund. So pay what you can and join us.
3 Family Activities
There is no specific “family day”, but there are three sponsored activities for the entire family.
Bowling
The entire facility has been reserved at Snow Bowl 2090 Snow Bowl Plaza, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.
Date: Wednesday, September 23 from 4:30pm – 7:30pm.
Some lanes reserved for the teens only. $7 per person 13 and older. $5 per person 12 and under. (Shoes are extra at $5 per person 13 and older & $3 per person 12 and under). Restaurant at the bowling alley.
Registration in advance is required.
Ice Skating and Bumper Cars
(Howelsen Ice Arena 285 Howelsen Pkwy, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487)
Date: Thursday, September 23: 2pm – 3:30pm
Registration in advance is required due to limited space.
$2 per person.
Saturday Night Family Dinner, Dance & Karaoke
Date: Saturday, September 25 till 10pm in the main meeting hall.
The evening begins with a Mediterranean themed buffet meal. After sundown, there will be a dance for all ages and karaoke.
You are not required to eat the meal to join in for the dance and karaoke.
Food at hotels are expensive, but we want you to attend. If you cannot afford the pricing, then let us know and pay what you can.
Dinner is $25 for those ages 13 and above. $15 for those 5 to 12. And ages four and under are free.
For Senior Citizens 65 and over the dinner is complimentary although donations are welcome.
Advance registration required for the buffet meal.
5:30pm - Buffet Dinner
7pm – Dance & Karaoke
Registration / Sign-up
If you register for these activities, it is considered a commitment. Food and space has been reserved for you so even if you need to cancel, the Church has already paid for these in advance based on your commitment and registration.
Collection of the money due will be at the Feast.
