Before you leave home, you need to complete the Online Immigration/Customs C5 Card at: https://enterjamaica.com/ . As it says on the website, "Each Passenger is required to complete this form".  As for the section  "Purpose of visit", the best answer for the Feast is "Vacation".   [Note: In testing this new website, I wasn't able to do this on my phone, but I was successful using my laptop.]

When your plane lands in Jamaica, there will be a long walk to get to Immigration.  If you have trouble walking, please let your airline know that you require a wheelchair to assist you. 

To clear Immigration you will need your Passport.  Once you are in the Immigration hall, you will be directed to one of several random lines.  As many times as I have been to Jamaica, I still haven't figured out their methods or reasons for these different lines. You may be asked to go to a kiosk first, or you may be put in a line without a kiosk.  All I can tell you is that they are continually trying to improve this experience and make it faster. 

Between Immigration and Baggage Claim you will have the chance to exchange US Dollars into Jamaican Dollars. This is not necessary, as you can use US dollars almost everywhere in the country. If you wish to have some Jamaican Dollars, this will be one of few opportunities to get some.  The exchange rate won't be the best so only convert what you feel would be needed for minor expenses.

After you clear Immigration, you will proceed to Baggage Claim to retrieve your luggage. There will be Porters in the baggage claim area if you need their assistance. Their services are optional, they work for the tips they earn assisting tourists.  One item to note, due to airport policy, the porters are only allowed to help you through Customs and to the outside door of the airport, they will not take you 100% to your off-site transportation.  

After you have your bags, you will need to clear Customs. As you are only bringing items needed for your time at the Feast, this should be an easy process.  Go through the Green "Nothing to Declare" line and show them your Passport.  If you have any questions about items you are allowed to bring into Jamaica, you can review their website. 

After you clear Customs, make your way to Jamaica Tours Limited in the back left corner of the room. Let the staff know that you are with United Church of God and they will direct you to your transportation to Iberostar.
