2016 Feast of Tabernacles Report
Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A.
We were well fed every day with God's great spiritual food. The example and spirit of being a family was very evident, and the entire staff of the Holiday Inn Eastgate became part of the same attitude as well. All of the hotel’s staff was eager to serve. Most members stayed at the hotel, which makes it very convenient to attend services.
Our seniors luncheon was hosted by Lee Ann Luker, her sister Merna Eppick, and John Paul Jones. Everyone had a fun time playing trivia, guessing the names of songs and movie titles.
In the Cincinnati area there are many activities for all ages. High on the list was to go 60 miles south to Williamstown, Kentucky, and go through the reproduction of Noah's ark. People from all over the world are coming to see this great replica. I was amazed just seeing how enormous the ark was. The construction is one of the wonders of the world. Our family day was centered around a country and Western theme with games and prizes and of course live country and bluegrass music.
Next year, plan to attend with us in Cincinnati. You will love it! We want to thank Frank Dunkle and his wife Sue for the planning and hard work they do all year for us to have a very successful and blessed Feast of Tabernacles.
