2017 Camp Report
German Preteen Camp
With 30 children and 30 adults in attendance, the focus of the camp was on building valuable friendships and set the tone for future preteen camps.
The children enjoyed structured morning and afternoon activities, including field sports, forest crafts, forest exploration, swimming, dance and music appreciation and team building challenges. Interactive daily Bible studies were conducted by the pastor and other parents.
The idyllic location included a shallow creek, which was a focal point for play and adventure. The multi-lingual camp strengthened the bonds between the youngest church-goers as well as their parents, and plans are already underway for next year’s summer camp. International campers and staff are welcome and inquiries can be made at jkasper1@gmx.net.
