Services were held on a covered patio each day, which was surrounded by beautiful swaying palm trees.

There were 57 brethren who attended from Maloca de Moscou and Guyana. There were a couple of guests who attended during the Feast, as well, which added to our highest attendance during the Feast of 62.

There were many inspiring and uplifting messages about God’s great plan of Christ’s return to this earth, the peace and joy we will experience during the Millennium and the Kingdom of God. Other inspiring messages were given on child-rearing, marriage and the spiritual organization of the world tomorrow.

Feast activities included a party for the children and teens. Both the children and teens enjoyed the treats that were provided while they painted and decorated bottles. The ladies enjoyed an afternoon tea and were provided with bottles and T-shirts to paint and decorate.

The teens took their turn in preparing breakfast and lunch one day while the men prepared and served lunch on the Last Great Day—what a treat!

The brethren were very touched by the beautiful, handcrafted card that was presented to them from the Montreal, Canada, congregation.

A very special thanks to the generosity of the brethren in the Bakersfield, California and the Los Vegas, Nevada, congregations for helping to make the Feast so special for the brethren.

Plans are underway for next year’s Feast in Brazil in the same location. Improvements and alterations will be made to the existing site.

The Feast in Brazil was a success and enjoyed by all who attended.
