The live Panama City, Florida, Feast site webcast was seen and heard on TV each day of the Feast, with the exception of one day when a visiting live speaker joined us, adding some variety to our Feast. The transmission from Panama City came through extremely well and brethren were able to join in on the song service as well as listen to the inspiring messages. The peak attendance was 12, with numbers varying due to illness etc.

The weather was beautiful, with a few light showers and the landscape was just beginning to show it’s autumn colors.

Most days members were able to travel to local restaurants following services, with the Eighth Day being the exception due to there being two services. Between the morning and afternoon services we had a meal together in the host’s home. The ladies provided a tasty first course followed with a delicious dessert.

A highlight during the Feast was seeing and hearing the children’s choir from Panama City. It was a great pleasure for one couple to see their great-grandchildren singing and responding to their choir conductor. The children all did a very good job.

We can all give thanks to our Heavenly Father for allowing technology to bring the 2018 Feast of Tabernacles to our senior members who otherwise would not have been able to attend the Feast.
