The goal is to help the brethren not only grow in grace and knowledge, but to do it collectively as a congregation to encourage iron sharpening iron. Each month, the congregation reads through a booklet on their own time, usually a chapter or two a week. Once a month, they have an interactive roundtable discussion after services to discuss things they learned, what inspired them or questions that arose from the topic. Since June, they have gone through Who Is God?, Is God a Trinity? and What Does the Bible Teach about Grace? At time of writing, they are reading through The United States and Britain in Bible Prophecy, and plan to begin Marriage and Family: The Missing Dimension soon after that. The discussions have been very helpful and had nearly 100 percent participation! All of these free booklets can be read online or downloaded as PDF files.
