Against the backdrop of the beautiful fall colors, the Grand Geneva Resort was a spectacular area to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day. Most of the members stayed at the Timber Ridge Resort which was in the Grand Geneva resort complex. The registration for this year’s Feast was 383 and members came from throughout much of the United States.

The music and messages were outstanding, and attitudes were extremely positive. The weather was without a doubt spectacular, and residents commented on the excellent weather for the entire eight days.

During the Feast, in addition to daily services, there was a seniors’ luncheon which over 100 seniors attended, a seminar and a family fun show that all ages enjoyed. Our music coordinator, John Barbush, hosted the fun show with music that allowed all those attending to be involved.

Although the bulk of the activities were at the resort, there were many opportunities to sight-see and visit for those wanting to explore this beautiful part of the United States.

Over the eight days, we were spiritually fed by a variety of speakers, as well as exceptional musical pieces that glorified God throughout our time in Lake Geneva. Truly this was an excellent setting to reorient ourselves toward the greatness of our God.
