The Bible advises us to not have anxious thoughts about tomorrow and the things we cannot change (Luke 12:22-26). We realize that worrying does not make things better and only adds an additional load to our lives. However, that does not mean we can forget about the things to come. We are expected to do the best that we can in every circumstance.

It is a blessing to know that once you have truly done your best, you can leave the rest and not worry about it. Knowing that we have tried with all of our might is the comfort we seek. There are events and things in life that we cannot change. When we have done all there is to do, we need to let go and let God take care of the rest for us. That is our comfort and strength. It may take some practice, but once you know your efforts were complete, letting go of the worry is a blessing.

To read this was uplifting, knowing that we leave things up to God. How depending on God frees one from anxiety. As we look back at God's interventions we can know He is always there and able. thank you.

one of the lessons we can take from this passage is not allowing the cares of this world to choke our spiritual life. Planting what we want to grow in the right places. Jesus has promised to be our Daily Provider and Champion so that we would not have to be consumed by the sometimes overwhelming issues of life. Of course it is always easier said then done, but that is the walk of a Christian... to strive to be like Christ. Certainly not easy nor is it meant to be, but completely attainable through the Strength that God can provide if we ask. I lean on Christ and the promises He makes in my everyday battles, so I can be the best I can be for my employer, my family, my wife and my God.
