Our lives are full of making decisions. Oftentimes the decisions that we make affect our life outcomes. Discernment is critical in making decisions and knowing what path to take. We, as students of the Bible, want to gain more understanding from God's word, to get the true picture of God's will and what he expects from us as disciples. To have good and proper discernment is a great thing for a disciple, but even more important is to have proper spiritual discernment.
