Bible study on Zechariah 2-3:   Chapter 2 focuses on Zechariah's third vision, the measuring line, where Jerusalem was measured for future rebuilding and resettlement.  Chapter 3 focuses on Zechariah's fourth vision, Joshua the High Priest, a cleansing of the priesthood and a type for the whole nation.
