After three years of economic upheaval caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the situation in Sri Lanka has become extremely volatile; with a predicted total collapse of the food supply. This looming disaster is on top of a shortage of LP fuel (used for every day cooking) and petrol and diesel for their motorcycles, tuk tuks and cars. This situation shows no sign of improving; so we will continue to collect funds to support our brethren through this difficult situation.
