God promises a utopian world of lasting peace and prosperity, governed by the rule of law (Isaiah 2:1-4; Micah 4:1-3). Obedience to God's law will become universal, embracing all continents—including Africa, whose sufferings will become a thing of the past, long forgotten by its happy citizenry.
