Physical amenities: Edgewater’s three high-rise towers provide spacious condominiums with spectacular views of the world-famous Emerald Coastline. Additionally, a sugar sand beach separates the ocean from a unique lagoon pool area where landscaped islands and flowing waterfalls wind their way through the 11,500-square foot, free-form pool surrounded by 45,000 square feet of deck space, whirlpools, and reflecting ponds.

Edgewater’s 110-acre gated community offers many amenities including 11 swimming pools, 12 tennis courts (six are lighted), 11 shuffleboard courts, four hot tubs, a tanning salon, gift shop, game arcade, and full-service restaurant. A complimentary tram service transports attendees from the oceanfront towers to the convention center on the north side. A 10-foot-wide walkway over the bridge allows brethren to walk to services. A small room for fragrance control will be provided for those in need.

The large convention center is surrounded by a nine-hole executive golf course, golf villas, a clubhouse, and a pro shop. A health club offers exercise equipment, an aerobics salon, and a massage therapy room.

Housing: Oceanfront Edgewater condominiums include studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Comfortable golf villas are closer to the auditorium. East of and managed by Edgewater are the Long Beach Resort (one mile) and Majestic Beach Towers (one-half mile).
