Registration will begin March 31, 2024. Instructions on how to make housing reservations will be forwarded to you once you have been accepted to this Feast site. 

The Iberostar Beach is a fabulous hotel with several restaurants, a pool and an ice cream shop. You also have access to the fitness room and spa. It has everything needed to enjoy a great Feast, especially for those budget-minded.

A three-night deposit for your hotel room(s) will be required two weeks after you have been accepted to this site. (If you change your mind about attending this site, a refund for your deposit will need to be approved by the festival coordinator and then also the hotel, before it is processed.) Balance will be due before Sept. 16, 2024.

Two-bedroom family (DBFA) per night.

Minimum of 4 guests in this room, maximum of 6.

The first two guests will pay the double rate $204, third, fourth will pay $153.00. No free child rates are applicable in the family rooms. Child rate applies for any person over two adults in the family rooms.

Examples –

• 2 adults and 2 children is $204 +204 +$102 +$102 = $612 or
• 1 adult and 3 children $204+$204+$102+$102 = $612 or
• 4 adults is $204+$204+$153+$153=$714
• 4 adults and 2 children is $204+$204+$153+$153+102+102=$918

Children policy:

The children's rate applies to all types of rooms at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (except two bedroom family rooms).

• Child rates will apply for children ages from 3 to 12 years.
• Children from 0 to 2.99 years are free of charge.
• 1st and 2nd child ages from 3 to 12 years rates noted if sharing the rooms with two adults.
• There must be two full paying adults in each room to apply the Child Rate.
• One child and one adult in the same room, the child pays the double adult rate
• Three children with one adult in the same room, first child will pay the adult double rate, second and third child will pay child rates.

Changes:

All changes needed once the reservation is complete will be done only through the Hotel contacting to Orel-Lee Sinclair at orellee.sinclair@iberostar.com

Cancellations:

From now to Aug 2, 2024; Hotel will charge as penalty 1 night of the entire stay based on double occupancy.

From Aug 3, 2024 - Sep 15, 2024; Hotel will charge as penalty 3 nights of the entire stay based on double occupancy.

From Sep 16, 2024 to the day of arrival (October 16, 2024) Hotel will charge the full penalty of the entire stay.
