Three spiritual principles set the stage for this message. 1) Love for one another; 2) Christ's focus on things pertaining to the kingdom of God; and 3) the promise of entering His rest. From these principles flow the encouragement to be faithful and to help strengthen those we love. A promise remains for young and old, for the sick and grieving--a promise of entering into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
