This sermon compares all aspects of the Old Covenant with all aspects of the New Covenant and shows that the New Covenant is much superior to the Old Covenant. The Old Covenant was based on physical promises and physical blessings whereas the New Covenant was based on spiritual promises and spiritual blessings which included eternal life. The Old Covenant became obsolete and was ended with Jesus Christ’s death. The new covenant , being superior, started and was ratified with the shed blood of Jesus Christ at His death.
