We need to be able to give a defense of our faith to those who ask. Hebrews 11 gives guidance on how to do that - we need to first be able to establish that God exists, then we need to do what He says. We need to believe that God is good - He rewards those who diligently seek Him. In addition, we need to be able to explain our faith in love, not turning people off by our response.
