Fulfilled prophecy is one of the ways we know that the Bible is inspired by God. In this case, it also helps prove that Jesus Christ was the promised Messiah. This sermon discusses eight of what Bible scholars say could be hundreds of prophecies that were or will be fulfilled by Jesus Christ. The chances of any one Individual fulfilling eight prophecies is extremely unlikely, so it becomes clear that God was closely involved in their fulfillment. Knowing about these prophecies should help Increase our faith in the accuracy and truth of the Bible as well as our belief that Jesus Christ was the Son of God.
