God’s ways and thoughts are far greater than ours, so it is not surprising that what happened in Acts 1 and 2 would be unique. Man is used to fire, but not having it sit on our heads. This fire was different, as are other example’s of “God fire” in the Bible. God’s power is not in fire, or a form of fire, it is in His Holy Spirit, which He gives to those who repent, are baptized, and receive the laying on of hands.
