Meekness is a word that doesn't really translate well from the original Greek to English.  One of the beatitudes is "blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth."  This particular characteristic is often misunderstood.  The meaning that is intended does not refer to being weak.  The word meek is very rich in meaning, beyond what it is in English.  Four aspects of what true meekness is.  An examination from the Greek word for meekness.
