While undergoing the experience, Joseph could hardly feel thankfulness while being sold into slavery by his jealous brothers. Then, again, when he was wrongly cast into prison for something he did not do. But, Joseph learned, as we Christians must, that God uses trials and troubles in human lives to bring about His good purpose.
