This Bible study concludes the Book of Numbers and examines establishing cities for the Levites within the inheritance of each tribe of the Israelites, six which were to be cities of refuge where those who killed someone either intentionally or unintentionally could flee and be protected from blood revenge until they could be judged by the congregation of the people. In the final book of Numbers the instructions from God through Moses concerning inheritance by the daughters of a father without a male heir was established.
