The Psalms are a "go to" when people need encouragement in times of trial. There is also much instruction for how to live this Christian life, historical information, how to pray, and praise God. Additionally, the Psalms contain many prophetic passages as well as scriptures that provide the basis for our understanding of doctrine. There are passages that point to our ultimate victory in the Kingdom of God. This book provides much to study and consider.

Paul serves as Pastor for the United Church of God congregations in Spokane, Kennewick and Kettle Falls, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho.    

Paul grew up in the Church of God from a young age. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1991-93. He and his wife, Darla, were married in 1994 and have two children, all residing in Spokane.
