This is the second part of a series (first part-January 2) expanding on Jesus' prayer (John 17) for His disciples down to our time to be one with His Father, Himself, and one another in seamless unity. What may be called "sacred oneness." Such unity is described in His prayer as a key element of our witness that Jesus was sent from above by God. Ephesians 4:1-6 is the main text as we are reminded we have much more more in common than our differences as a witness to a fractured world.

Robin Webber

Pastor, United Church of God

Robin Webber was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1951, but has lived most of his life in California. He has been a part of the Church of God community since 1963. He attended Ambassador College in Pasadena from 1969-1973. He majored in theology and history.

Mr. Webber's interest remains in the study of history, socio-economics and literature. Over the years, he has offered his services to museums as a docent to share his enthusiasm and passions regarding these areas of expertise.
