In good times and in bad, we need to keep our focus on the Kingdom of God. The rough times can actually be more effective at getting our attention and encouraging us to draw close to God. In good times, it's too easy to start trusting in ourselves rather than giving the credit to the One who gives us all we have. Whatever the circumstances, our lives should increasingly demonstrate God's Way in action.

Paul serves as Pastor for the United Church of God congregations in Spokane, Kennewick and Kettle Falls, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho.    

Paul grew up in the Church of God from a young age. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1991-93. He and his wife, Darla, were married in 1994 and have two children, all residing in Spokane.
