Our rearview mirrors, properly adjusted, can help us drive safely. However, the windshield is approximately 20 times the size of the rearview mirrors, and we need to primarily be looking forward. As we look back, we need to remember the good times, learn from the bad, but mostly we need to be looking ahead, following our Leader.
