The Feast of Trumpets is the first of the fall festivals that God instructs us to observe, and it reminds us of events prophesied to happen in the end times leading up to and culminating in the return of Jesus Christ as Lord of lords and King of kings. The first six trumpets warn of terrible end-time events that would likely culminate in the extinction of the human race. Mankind needs a Savior to save the world physically and spiritually. When it seems that the end is near, Jesus Christ will return in power and glory and destroy those who would destroy the world. May God speed that day!
